Planning long-term for computing equipment
While it is perfectly possible to purchase computing equipment as and when it is needed, there are many significant disadvantages to not having a long-term plan in place. The advice below will help you get started producing your own long-term plan that will even out expenditure and ensure that equipment is replaced when it best suits you. A good long-term plan for purchasing will save your school money while also ensuring your equipment is always fit for purpose.
